I cannot get into my noom app. And I cannot connect with any of the customer service numbers.
I'll admit I'm having a completely screwed up AT&T mess but I haven't had any problems with other apps or phone calls. I would like to get a refund since I can't access anything.

I called after finding my card had been charged for $199.00. I requested a refund and cancelled my account.
I was told I was not eligible for a refund, spoke with a supervisor and was told the same thing. I haven't used the service for months. Don't bother contacting customer service because you can't understand them anyway. They are located in Central America.
What a joke. They have a customer service rating of 1.3 out of 5, BAD. I will tell everyone I know what a low-rent thieving company NOOM is.
I was charged on June 13 and was told I had only 14 days to cancel and get refunded, today is June 25, that's within the 14 days but I was still denied. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NOOM.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I signed up for Noom because they offered me 6 months free with a code. I entered the code and it was unavailable.
I guess it was a scam. Then they charged me the 6-month fee, the age fee, and the movement fee. I phoned today to cancel everything and I will not recommend this to anyone. Julio was who I spoke with and I found him rude.
No apologies for the error.
He just told me I knew what I was getting when I signed. I am NOT happy.

I have been charged for 3 payments that I have not authorized. I have emailed you without receiving a response and have tried to contact you by phone but received no response. This is a very serious situation.

This company is partaking in fraudulent charges. Never signed up.
Never used a service. Never used or was issued a product. Call and will not allow someone who is receiving false cc charges to speak with management. They continue to ask you for personal information and to update your address.
This is how they are cornering people into fake memberships, I suppose(?)

I have tried using bots and agents and I either get cut off or the chat just disappears.
I would like to speak to some one to get this resolved.

Nothing has been resolved because there is no way to reach a representative

I called on 5/27 the date I enrolled to immediately cancel
I was told by a representative it was cancelled and received a an email from noon
I proceeded to ck my account today to find I was charged 32.00 plus 111.00 plus a 30 late fee which resulted in my mortgage not being paid because of the noon charges
I am requesting an immediate refund!!

Haven't actually spoke to CS yet, but note when I choose cancel subscription, they respond with 'you've still have 5 months/ xx days left. If you stay we'll send you a reminder 7 days before your next anniversary date matures so you can stay or opt out'.
Now they promise a reminder. It was probably in the small print when I signed up it said it will be automatic. But every other subscription service I have always sends a reminder.
And I really didn't care for the 'coach' service. I could go weeks before they 'notice' and check in.

My subscription was never cancelled
I canceled my subscription on 5/27 and noon proceed to deduct from my checking account on June 11
I am a very unhappy person since you wrongly took money from my account and it impacted my mortgage being paid!
Matter needs to be resolved immediately!

I started a free trial for a month, with Noon, but I didn't receive anything from them so I assumed that I wasn't on 'the course.' Then, two payments were taken from my account: one of £49 and another of £39! I no longer wish to be a member of Noon and I would like these monies refunded please, as I feel Noon didn't uphold their side of the contract! Louise

I signed up with a promo code 12 months with 6month free(so half price really)
6 month in they charged me again for 6 months.
I said that was wrong and would like a refund of that as I had 6month left free. They refunded me then cancelled my subscription.
I tried, chat, email, even called...they then just tried to up sell me for more money for a subscription, telling me I had made the mistake.
I had clicked though from their off email, signed up, applied the code.
They tell me that some codes are only in use for USA customers etc.
They said I used wrong code(have email to show one I used) they then said I didn't say that was the plan I wanted after their free trial!!!
Basically they did every thing not to give me my 6months free. Basically they just wanted me to pay more money...
And at rates higher than offer too for the remaining 6 months!!
Dreadful customer service just wanting to blame me for not selecting this or that or using wrong codes or codes for US etc. And then just keep saying we'll give you a great offer which means not a great offer since you already paid an inflationary amount in first place!
Preferred solution: I would have liked my subscription reinstated at no cost, which is what I signed up for, for the remaining months until Sept to finish the weightless journey I stared with them in their offer.
User's recommendation: The offers aren't worth it. Get a simple calorie diary and log your food yourself, it will be the same experience and you can use the money for something nice for yourself as a goal!

The customer service is horrible! I would avoid this company like the the plague.
They only want your money and dont care if they provide a service. For some reason the application didnt work on my android device, so I was never able to use the software. I was charged for add-ons that I didnt even understand. I was surprised to see that I was charged $300 total for unknown services that I may accidentally agreed to during sign on; Noom is very sales driven and during installation I was repeatedly prompted for additional services and longer term plans that I never intended to sign up for and only found out a month later after reviewing my credit card bill.
I called customer service in hopes of getting a refund Or a partial refund.
I waited a half hour to speak with a customer service representative with a heavy foreign accent. I kept trying to explain that I was charged $300 for a service that I was never able to use.
I encouraged him to check by usage history to confirm. The rude customer service representative kept talking over me to explain, in a very long winded way, that my 2 week grace period expired, and he didnt care whether I ever used the application.
