Refund—overcharged, tried to close

I signed up not realizing just how much money was expected. I unsubscribed at least on my phone. I absolutely cant afford this and didnt know it was expected to be paid all at once.I didnt know that closing the subscription didnt cancel the membership. I ask you to please refund this money as this was a bit misleading. I think you have a great program, but I cant pay this. I havent logged on since.

Offer is deceptive as to the final cost and add ins J do not need a mental therapy just a healthy eating plan to help me lose weight

The Noom webpage is not working

I was on Noom a year ago and then quit. Yesterday, I signed up for another course. It said I got 2 weeks free trial. I expect to continue after the trial. Then I inputted all my info and took the first course. Today, I cant get the second course or input my water or meals. Also, I dont want to share and I cant get anywhere without doing so. PLEASE HELP! MY account is NK85SN6DW

Cancel and request refund

I have gained 10+ pounds in this diet, tried giving it a chance. I guess this diet was not for me. Its might be better for others, as I know our bodies all work differently. As Noon was very nice to me and have good customer service. Thank you for all your help.

Can not get a response from two phone numbers I have call!! Not happy!! Numbers I have called 800-910-**** and 888-266-****.

Their customer service is the worst. NEVER USE NOOM!

Selected to NOT auto renew. They renewed and claimed there was no option to not auto-renew. Customer service is a joke. Today (Monday) the "head" of customer service (the supervisor of the person who answered the phone Marjorie Lopez, employee #321****) claimed she was the final person I could speak to. I said surely she has a boss. She agreed she did but said that her boss has different responsibilities and isn't involved in customer service. I reminded her that her boss would have an interest in knowing how the employees they are in charge of are behaving and how the customer service is going. She refused to even give me her bosses name and only offered to give me the mailing address of Noom. Are you kidding me? A couple days ago, on Friday, I called and customer service rep Werner C. 321**** was rude with me, saying there was no supervisor to speak with, and then after I insisted several times, had me on hold for 20 minutes before claiming no supervisor was available and that I had to be put in the line for the queue for a call back. Told me it would happen within 2 hrs. I waited 5. Called again. Spoke with Wilfred, Call Ticket #: 729****, and was told there had been a problem with the system and they had not been able to see my information to call me back, but now it is fixed and I am in the queue and will receive a call in 2 hrs. I asked if I could just be transferred to a supervisor because I had already waited 5 hrs today. They said no. I never received a call. I have now googled higher ups in Noom and am attempting to contact them. Also, while I used Noom, they promise you will be in a group with peers and a coach. I had a busy time where I didn't keep up with my lessons for a week or two, and I was kicked out of my group and didn't have a coach for the last 3-4 months of my original 6 month package. I even tried reaching out to my coach and group, I wasn't allowed by the app. Then, today, after the call with Marjorie, I get a notification on my phone that my Noom coach has sent me a message. Please. I think they just want me to open the app so they can claim I've used it. I haven't used it since I thought my 6 month package was over. My email is graler87@***.com. If enough pissed people join together and go at them, we can get our money back AND prevent others from being screwed by Noom. User's recommendation: Don't become a customer.

Membership question

I cant get my three free codes to work. I really wanted to use them. Someone was supposed to email me back but I dont know if they fixed it or not. I obviously cant get them to work yet.
